Save time and money with
Heartland’s Online Banking system.
First
Time Users
To access your account for the first time online,
your Customer Number is your social security number
and your Password is your current Personal Identification
Number (PIN) for the Account Information Line. If
you have forgotten or don’t know your PIN, please
contact your Heartland Bank representative or call
314-512-8888 (1-800-489-2660 ext. 8588) and ask for the
Electronic Banking Department during regular business
hours for assistance.
For you safety in conducting secure, online transactions,
Heartland Bank reminds you to periodically change your Customer Number and/or Password (see "User Options" for instructions). Error
Messages
If you receive an error message during your Online
Banking sessions, note the error message number
displayed and then call 314-512-8888 (1-800-489-2660
ext. 8588) Mon. - Fri. 8 am to 5 pm (CST) and ask for the
Electronic Banking Department during regular business hours for assistance. Transfers
During Online Hours
Online Banking transfers are posted immediately
if initiated during the hours of 6:30 am to 8:00
pm Mon. - Fri. (CST), and 6:30 am to 1:00 pm (CST)
on Saturday. If the transfer was a success you will
receive the following message: “Transaction Accepted.
Please refer to the following reference information
if you have any questions about this transaction.”
During Off-line Hours
If a transfer is initiated during Off-line Hours,
the transfer will be processed the next business
day. If the transfer was a success you will receive
the following message letting you know that the
transfer was accepted, but not posted. “Transaction
logged. Amounts may not be posted until next business
day”. To confirm that a transfer was posted to the
account, return to Account Access and select Account
Summary to review your account history. If your
transfer does not appear please contact your Heartland
Bank representative or call 314-512-8888 (1-800-489-2660
ext. 8588) and ask for the Electronic Banking Department
during regular business hours for assistance.
