Frequently Asked Questions

What are eStatements?
When you sign up for eStatements, you will begin receiving your account statement online instead of in the mail. An email notification will be sent to you each month when your statement is available to view online. If you have multiple statement cycles throughout the month, you’ll receive a notification email each time a statement is cut.
Are eStatements available on all Heartland Bank accounts?
eStatements are currently available for Personal and Business checking (including check images), savings, money-market, certificate of deposit and line of credit accounts. Loan and credit card statements are not yet available, as well as analysis information on business analyzed checking accounts. Business customers with analyzed checking accounts who sign up for eStatements will continue to receive paper statements.
Will I continue to receive a printed statement in the mail?
No. When you sign up for eStatements you will not receive a paper statement in the mail. If you sign up for eStatements and would like to continue to receive your paper statement, you can speak with a bank representative in person, by calling the Telephone Banking Center at 866-512-8501, email estatements@heartland-bank.com or write us at Heartland Bank, ATTN: eStatements, 212 S. Central Ave., St. Louis, MO 63105.
Is there a cost associated with receiving eStatements?
No, eStatements are free to Heartland Bank online customers.

Yes, your eStatement will be in a PDF format. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print it. You can download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader at www.adobe.com. You will also have the opportunity to download it when you sign up for eStatements.
How do I change the email address to which my eStatement notifications are sent?

Important: After you update your address in Online Banking, go to eStatements.
