Account Summary and History
Your Account Summary shows up-to-the-minute balance information on your deposit and loan accounts. The Account History screen shows up-to-the-minute balance information, as well as past transaction details.
Bill Pay and Presentment
With Heartland Online Bill Pay, you can pay all your bills easily, safely and efficiently, whenever you choose. Plus, with Bill Presentment you get the added convenience of viewing all your bills in one central location. You can also schedule recurring payments and make payments from multiple checking accounts without the hassles of writing checks and addressing envelopes.
eStatements
Accessing your monthly bank statements is easy and free with eStatements. An email is sent to you whenever a new statement is made available. Plus, eStatements make an excellent filing system that allows you to save paper by only printing what you need, when you need it.
Email Account Alerts
If you need help keeping track of your account balances, the Email Account Alert tool can help you manage your financial goals by sending you an email when your account reaches a specified limit.
Account Export
The Export service allows you to download your account information in one of several possible file formats. These formats are compatible with personal financial management (PFM) software packages, including Quicken, Quicken Financial Exchange or any Comma-Separated Variable software.
Reports
With Online Reports, it’s easy to get a clear picture of your spending habits. You can organize and classify up to a year’s worth of payment information by payment category, payee, status or to provide subtotals. Once you’ve created your customized report you can even download it right to your computer.
Preferences
The User Options service enables you to customize your online banking experience. These features include password changes, different startup pages, email address changes, session timeout duration, history date ranges, email alert preferences and much more.
FinanceWorks
FinanceWorks, powered by Quicken®, is a personal financial management tool that empowers you to manage your accounts from Heartland Bank, as well as from over 16,000 financial institutions, all in one place.
Debit Card Purchase Rewards
Get exclusive cash back offers from major national retailers when you use your debit card. Simply log into Online Banking, click the Purchase Reward offer to activate, shop online or in stores to redeem your offers by paying with your debit card, and enjoy the cash back offers deposited right into your Heartland Bank checking account at the end of the following month.
Internal Transfers
For those with multiple Heartland Bank accounts, the Internal Transfer service allows you to instantly transfer funds between Heartland accounts
External Transfers
External Transfers allows you to transfer money between your Heartland accounts and accounts you own at other financial institutions. It also allows you to pay other people electronically by simply sending an email or text with Popmoney. To access External Transfers, log into Online Banking, click on the Transfers tab and click on Transfers To or From External Accounts.
